Wonderful first line Mediterranean style villa, located between the charming towns of Calpe and Moraira, right within the heart of La Marina, on the Costa Blanca.

This house is located on first line of the sea, with direct access to the Ecological Path of Benissa and offers extraordinary 180º views over the Mediterranean Sea, framed on the West by the magnificent Rock of Ifach and on the East by the wonderful Cape of Moraira (Cap D'Or). You can access directly the Leisure Port Les Bassets, awarded several times with the Blue Flag Award, where you can enjoy the mooring (boat up to 8 metres of length), and the lovely Bay of Les Bassetes.
