This well maintained traditional style Villa is located in Moravit, Moraira and is just a 5 minute walk from an excellent selection of amenities including Restaurants, a Pharmacy, a large international Supermarket (open 7 days a week) and a 20 minute walk to the Centre of Moraira, or 10 min. to the Algas Beach with many Restaurants and Bars.

The entrances to the property are via a pedestrian gate with an intercom system or by vehicle through the electric gates to the off road parking area for three cars. The villa is distributed over two floors; the main residence is all on one level and the guest apartment including an office or additional bedroom is on the lower level where the pool is also located with a separate entrance.
