Immaculate 4 Bedroom Villa in Cumbre del Sol, Benitachell, with fantastic sea and mountain views. 

This south-west facing villa is located in the Magnolias area, just a short drive to the local beach and amenities. It is situated in an Urban Zone, in a walled plot with electric gates and private parking for up to three cars, (one space in a carport). 

From the driveway, it is a level walk to the entrance porch and front door, then you enter into a hallway with a shower room on the left and a large storage cupboard on the right. The second bedroom, which is currently being used as an office, has doors out to the open terrace and a staircase leading down to a studio/storage room.

From the pool terrace below you can enter a separate guest apartment with its own spacious living/dining room and a fully-fitted kitchen with breakfast table, which also has a door to the utility room and a large underbuild storage area. To the right of the living area there is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, which can also be accessed from the kitchen. Also from the living room you enter another large bedroom with en-suite bathroom. 

Outside, part of the pool terrace is covered and there is an awning for extra shade when required. The garden is easy maintenance and sculpted with palm trees and shrubs.
In total there are three terraces.  The lower terrace is mainly occupied by the pool pump room and extra storage.
